3. Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans:

The App offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. A 7-day free trial is available for new users.

3.2 Billing:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and are non-refundable.

3.3 Cancellation:

You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership:

You retain ownership of the content you enter into the App, including details of your crypto investments.

4.2 Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter into the App.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krypto and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
